"Its been a fabulous learning journey"
"The CiHS course is one that's an extensive study on the subject of happiness. I pursued it with an intent to elevate my happy state and the key takeaways for me have been that I've started focussing on maintaining a happier state of mind, being content yet aspiring, being able to segregate challenging feelings(like anger/sadness/frustration etc) from happier ones, and living those only for the moment its needed, coming back to the NORMAL happy state almost always. Its been a fabulous learning journey, equipping myself with a processed and well researched outline on how we can take a holistic route towards coaching the same. I sure look forward to continuing the journey of learning and coaching."

"I am so glad to have taken this certification..."
"I am so glad to have taken this certification, it has really been a great investment in my personal wellbeing!!! Is a subtle way to learn to be happy. One year on living the tools, passing them through the body, doing them, living them. I feel so blessed to study and joined HSA in the time we were in the rising of the pandemia. How effective all the lessons from Tal are! To keep you protected, a soothing balm of safety in moments where the mind can take us to dark places. I strongly recommend this training. It's a must to improve your selfsteem, your perception of things, to value and to honor what you have. Being happy is not a wohoo, new agy concept, it a well studied, all comprehensive methode that we could all do, if we really look for it. Tal is an amazing communicator, a humble and brilliant mind and his classes are fun, easy to understand even they are very profound and full of relevant studies."

"I would add as much value and wholeness to my life..."
"Little did I know in joining this program, that I would add as much value and wholeness to my life in the midst of a pandemic as I have. Changes such as better defining my purpose in life and what drives my happiness, guided meditations that focus on my breathing, being more self-aware of my body and my emotions, incorporating more physical activity and natural foods into my diet, continuing my intellectual pursuits in various subjects, being more aware of my relationships and the importance of nurturing them, and giving myself the permission to be human, and not rejecting emotions that I once did, have all improved my happiness and state of wholebeing. I encourage anyone and everyone to participate in this program if they want to know what true happiness is and how to attain it. The program's interdisciplinary approach to understanding happiness is unique and excellently arranged into the most harmoniously, wisdom-filled present one could hope for."
